FEL 3.5 Series Preamp with an Edirol R09

This is an unsolicited example of the performance improvement attainable using an FEL 3.5 Series preamplifier with an Edirol R09 and Sony ECM 717 microphone. The first 10 seconds without the preamp, the next 10 seconds with the preamp. The recording has not been adjusted and is exactly as submitted by a satisfied customer.

Please note that this level of signal to noise improvement is typical for the Edirol R09, using its 3.5 mm microphone input. Other recorders may not show such a dramatic improvement.
